PROHIBITED USES POLICY

Only Twisted Road Approved Riders can book and drive a motorcycle during a Twisted Road trip. To be an “Approved Rider” means that the member has provided and updated all required documentation, continues to meet all Twisted Road eligibility requirements, and is currently in good standing.

Only the Approved Rider who rented the motorcycle may operate it - no other drivers are eligible to operate the motorcycle for any reason.

Engaging in any of the “Prohibited Uses” set forth below with a vehicle rented through Twisted Road will be grounds for fines, suspension and/or cancellation of your membership.  It will also lower the renter's liability coverage to state minimum limits or nullify coverage completely where allowable by applicable state law; if the owner has encouraged the engagement in a Prohibited Use, their coverage may be similarly reduced. Engaging in any Prohibited Uses will also eliminate any coverage for the renter for any claims related to physical damage.

 Prohibited Uses include:

  • Permitting someone other than the Approved Rider who rented the vehicle to drive it.
  • Driving a motorcycle without a current motorcycle endorsement.
  • Driving a motorcycle without being expert in the use of clutches and manual transmissions.
  • Allowing the vehicle to be pushed or towed by anyone other than an authorized law enforcement or service vehicle.
  • Attaching any accessories to the owner's motorcycle, such as phone mounts, tank bags, or disc locks
  • Trailering the motorcycle to another location without the owner's prior permission;
  • Using a vehicle rented through Twisted Road:
    • to tow or push anything;
    • other than on paved roads (including "off-roading", driving on unimproved roads or parking areas, or otherwise);
    • in any race, test, or competition;
    • with the intention to cause damage, or with wanton, willful, or reckless disregard for safety;
    • to carry persons or property for hire, such as operating as a taxi or parcel delivery service. You may, however, use the motorcycle for business purposes, such as attending meetings;
    • during or as part of the commission of a crime or any other illegal activity or purpose;
    • while the driver is under the influence of:
      • alcohol above the legal limit, or
      • any drug or medication under the effects of which the operation of a vehicle is prohibited or not recommended;
    • when it has been loaded beyond its rated capacity;
    • outside the 50 United States or Canada;
    • without a valid license, or if you do not otherwise meet our eligibility requirements. It is your responsibility to inform us if your license becomes expired or suspended, or if you believe you may no longer meet our eligibility requirements;
    • to transport any flammable, toxic, volatile, poisonous, dangerous or illegal substances;
    • to transport a pet;
    • to make any alterations, additions or improvements to the vehicle;
    • smoking while riding;
    • fueling a vehicle with an improper type of fuel;
    • to perform any stunts of any kind, including “Wheelies,” “Burnouts” or any other similar act;
    • when the vehicle’s fluid levels are low, or when it is otherwise reasonable to expect that further operation would damage the vehicle;
    • without carrying motorcycle insurance
    • when the tire pressure is outside the pressure range of the tire manufacturer;
    • to commit a willful, wanton or reckless act, including riding recklessly, failing to obey traffic laws, or doing anything else that puts the motorcycle and/or rider at risk;
    • by anyone who is sending an electronic message, including text (SMS) messages or emails, while operating the vehicle; or
    • to ride in any position other than how the bike was intended (i.e., in a seated position with both feet on the pegs and both hands on the handlebars).

We charge riders a $750 fine for any violation of our Terms of Service or Other Policies, including using the bike under any of the Prohibited Uses above.

RENTER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS POLICY

While we reserve the right to decline membership for any reason, including auto insurance score, criminal background check, and driving history, the following are the minimum eligibility requirements:

  • You must hold a current, valid, unrestricted driver's license, with a motorcycle endorsement, and present your license to the owner when you begin the trip. This may not be a permit, but needs to be a full endorsement.
  • You must have held a motorcycle endorsement for at least six months, or be able to comply with our "new rider requirements"
  • You must be at least 21 years of age to rent in the United States.
  • If you are under 25, we may require you to demonstrate at least three years of current motorcycle riding history in the US.
  • If you hold a non-US driver’s license and are renting a motorcycle in the US, you will need to provide a photograph of your license when reserving a motorcycle. We may ask you to show us your passport at the time of motorcycle pickup.
  • You must possess a mobile phone in your own name that we can verify through text message.
  • You must be a registered user of Twisted Road.
  • You must have motorcycle insurance.
  • You must have experience riding a motorcycle and document this in your profile.
  • We take a $100 credit card hold on all rentals. In some instances (rider under 25 years old) we may require a higher credit card hold.
  • Riders under 25 years old must purchase our Premium coverage package.

ACCEPTABLE ALTERNATIVE LICENSES POLICY

If you reside outside of the United States, or if you don’t have a US motorcycle endorsement, we require that you have a valid motorcycle license in your home country. During the rental process, we will ask that you upload a copy of this license to your profile.

CANCELLATION AND LATE FEES POLICY

Traveler Cancellation. Travelers may cancel their trip through our site or mobile app, and the cancellation is effective immediately. Upon cancellation, the rider has two options:

  1. The Traveler can apply all charges to his Twisted Road account to be used towards a future rental
  2. The Traveler can receive a credit card refund for all rental and protection plan charges. We can’t refund the non-refundable service/community fee to a Traveler’s credit card

Same-day cancellations by the rider will result in a $50 fee to the rider in addition to the above terms.

Late Fees.  If traveler returns the motorcycle after the specified return time, traveler will be charged a late fee of $50/hour, up to a maximum of $300/day.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

Twisted Road requires a security deposit before you may drive the motorcycle. If your payment card is a debit card, this amount will be deducted from your account; if it is a credit card, the amount will be pre-authorized. In each case, this will usually happen when you initially rent the motorcycle. However, if the trip is scheduled to start more than a week after the time you’ve paid for the motorcycle, the security deposit will be charged within seven days prior to the start of the trip; if the security deposit fails, your trip will be automatically cancelled.

This deposit will be credited back to you 72 hours after you return the motorcycle in the condition that you first rented it. Depending on your bank and the means of payment, it may take up to seven business days after we release the deposit for the funds to become available in your account. Credit cards will usually show a swifter return of the funds.

VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS POLICY

Only motorcycles legally registered in the United States are eligible for listing. We recommend that the vehicle must be model year 2000 or newer and have fewer than 50,000 miles/75,000 kilometers. We require that the vehicle have a clean (e.g., not a "branded" or "salvage") title, have never been declared a total loss, and have a fair market value of up to USD$15,000 in the US or CA$20,000 in Canada.

Motorcycles that are older than model year 1990 can't have a market value greater than $10,000. The motorcycle must be in excellent condition (both mechanical and physical) and be in excellent working condition.

Please note that you are solely responsible for knowing your vehicle history prior to listing your motorcycle. We recommend that you check and verify your vehicle history prior to listing your vehicle.

The following is an illustrative list of vehicles which are ineligible for listing: scooters, dirt bikes, trikes, cars, SUVs, passenger vans, cargo vans, box trucks, limousines, recreational vehicles (RVs), vehicles requiring a commercial license to operate legally on public roads, vehicles designed primarily for off-road use (e.g., dirt bikes), farm equipment, construction equipment, GEM or similar vehicles not designed for highway use.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE POLICY

Roadside Assistance Coverage provides towing and roadside assistance by Twisted Road or an approved vendor if your motorcycle becomes inoperable. The benefits include one emergency road service towing (to the closest motorcycle repair location or the owner's home if repair locations are closed) and jump starts for dead batteries. Roadside assistance does not include fuel delivery or multiple tows. In purchasing the Roadside Assistance Coverage, we will waive the cost of any approved tow or road side assistance service up to the amount of $500/USD per incident.

CLAIMS POLICY

At the time of the trip, both the owner and the renter should fully walk around and inspect the motorcycle and agree on any existing damage, as well as the general condition of the motorcycle. Any damage present at the end of the reservation is presumed to be the responsibility of the renter, so the renter should clearly document any pre-existing damage at the beginning of the reservation.

At the time of return, the owner and renter should do another walk around the vehicle and agree that the motorcycle was returned in the same condition.  If there is any new damage, it is the renter’s responsibility. The renter and owner should discuss whether it merits reporting to Twisted Road, or if it is sufficiently minor that something can be worked out between the owner and the renter.

If the owner believes that he or she may want to pursue a claim, the owner must report it to Twisted Road within 24 hours after the end of the reservation (or within 24 hours after learning of it from the renter, whichever is earlier), or it will not be eligible for consideration. Photographs must be taken and submitted to Twisted Road within the first 24 hours after the end of the reservation for the claim to be eligible for coverage.

If a renter discovers damage from the trip, he or she must report it to the owner and/or Twisted Road immediately.  The renter should NOT take the motorcycle to a repair shop without written permission from the owner.

Accidents: If the rented vehicle is involved in an accident, the renter must report it to the owner and/or Twisted Road immediately. The renter must file a police report and provide the report number when available.

OWNER PROTECTION PLAN

Twisted Road is not an insurance company and does not insure Owners or Travelers. Twisted Road does make Protection Plans available to Owners and Travelers.

The Owner Protection Plan addresses two important concerns: third-party liability and responsibility for the financial consequences of physical damage to the shared vehicle.

Third-party liability insurance:

The Owner Protection Plan includes coverage for owners under a third-party liability insurance policy purchased by Twisted Road

Subject to terms, conditions, and exclusions, the Insurance Policy provides Owners with the following kinds of coverage during the reservation period.

  • Bodily injury and property damage to third parties:
    • The Policy insures Owners against liability to third parties for bodily injury and property damage resulting from the use of the reserved motorcycle during the reservation, up to a combined single limit of $100,000.
  • Uninsured or Underinsured Motorist (“UM/UIM"):
    • The Policy includes the statutory minimum amount of UM/UIM coverage in those few states where UM/UIM coverage is required by law and cannot be waived.
    • Twisted Road has either waived this coverage entirely or subscribed to the lowest limit allowable by state law.  Owners and Travelers are bound by Twisted Road’s election and, in addition, agree to be bound by that election pursuant to the Terms of Service.

Note:  Many private passenger motorcycle insurance policies exclude coverage for peer-to-peer motorcycle sharing, meaning that the Owner’s policy likely does not insure the vehicle during the reservation period (including the delivery). Some policies may, however, still provide coverage and Owners should talk to their own insurance company or advisor about the applicability of their own insurance. Twisted Road does not provide information or advice about the existence or scope of any coverage that might be available under an Owner’s policy during the reservation period.

Physical damage to the shared vehicle

The Protection Plan also addresses the allocation of the financial consequences of Physical Damage to the Reserved Vehicle after Delivery and during the Reservation Period.  Despite Twisted Road’s screening of Travelers, Physical Damage can occur after Delivery. To the extent that Physical Damage is not covered by insurance (including a third-party’s insurance), each Protection Plan reflects the agreement between the Owner and Twisted Road as to how to fairly allocate responsibility for the financial consequences of that Physical Damage. Twisted Road is NOT an insurance company and does not insure you or your vehicle.

The Owner Protection Plans addresses the allocation of the Necessary Repair Costs that might result from Physical Damage to the Reserved Vehicle after Delivery and during the Reservation Period.  These are the fair and reasonable costs actually paid for the parts and the labor necessary to repair the Physical Damage to the Reserved Vehicle that occurred after Delivery during the Reservation Period.

Subject to all of the Terms and Conditions, Twisted Road will be responsible for the uninsured Necessary Repair Costs, up to the lesser of the value of the vehicle or $40,000.

Detailed Terms and Conditions:

  • Important Definitions:

    • Delivery means the time at which the Traveler first takes physical possession of the Reserved Vehicle during the Reservation Period.
    • Delivery Period means any time before the Reserved Vehicle is Delivered, including the time when the Owner or the Owner’s designee is actively delivering the motorcycle to the Traveler.  (To be clear, the Delivery Period does not include the period during which the Owner or the Owner’s designee is retrieving the Reserved Vehicle at the end of the Reservation Period.)
    • Deterioration is any fading, discoloration, rust, or wear caused to the exterior of the vehicle over time. Also includes any deterioration from road use of tires, and mechanical deterioration of belts, chains, suspension, electrical and mechanical components, along with any resulting damage from these events.
    • Mechanical Failure means any mechanical, electrical, suspension, engine, clutch, chain, belt, or transmission damage a vehicle incurs due to age, normal usage, defect, a lack of maintenance, or warranty issue (including, but not limited to manufacturer defect), along with any resulting damage that arises due to those causes, and excluding any mechanical damage caused by the Traveler’s negligence or intentional misuse
    • Necessary Repair Costs means the reasonable and necessary costs for the parts and the labor required to repair the Physical Damage to the Reserved Vehicle that occurred after Delivery and during the Reservation Period, except for Excluded Costs.
    • Excluded Costs means:
      • Aftermarket and custom parts and accessories.
      • If the Qualify Cause is an act of nature (e.g., flood, earthquake, hail, windstorm, etc.), any cost that the Owner’s private motorcycle insurer would not have been required to pay under the primary insurance policy covering the Reserved Vehicle in effect immediately prior to the start of the Reservation Period.
    • Physical Damage means actual tangible damage to the Reserved Vehicle that occurs (i) after Delivery during the Reservation Period as a result of a Collision or a Qualified Cause (Note:  The Owner is required to demonstrate that any damage to the Reserved Vehicle meets the definition of Physical Damage by providing the proof outlined below).
    • Collision means when the Reserved Vehicle collides with another vehicle or an object, including if the Vehicle is dropped while riding, if the Vehicle is hit while parked, if the Vehicle is dropped due to the kickstand not being fully engaged, or any other reason that the Vehicle strikes the ground intentionally or unintentionally.
    • Qualified Cause means theft, fire, animal impacts, vandalism, falling objects and acts of nature (e.g., flood, earthquake, hail, windstorm, etc.).
    • Excluded Damage means:
      • Damage existing as of the start of the Reservation Period;
      • Exterior wear and tear
      • Physical Damage occurring prior to Delivery (including during the Delivery Period);
      • Deterioration;
      • Mechanical Failures
      • Physical Damage that occurs during any period during which the Owner is in violation of the Terms of Service;
      • Damage to, or resulting from, tires that are defective, have excessive wear & tear or dry rot, have tread depth less than 4/32 inch, were not properly inflated at Delivery, or are 6 or more years old.
      • Any damage that would have occurred if the owner were riding the bike, and therefore, not caused by the rider
    • Reservation Period means when a reservation is checked in or a trip start until check out or trip end.
  • Payment/Reimbursement Requirements and Process
  • For owners to qualify for physical damage coverage for any event that qualifies as a covered peril during the reservation period, and for the guest to be held responsible for the damage, Twisted Road must have the following documentation:
    (1) clear photo documentation from the Owner of the areas the Owner is seeking coverage for taken within 24 hours of the start and end of the trip that demonstrates that the damage occurred during the trip; or
    (2) other evidence (e.g. a police report, third party report) that demonstrates the damage took place during the trip; or
    Payments and reimbursements are made via ACH, check, or other electronic fund transfer like PayPal or Venmo. If a trace number or bank research is requested, a fee of up to $50 may be charged to the host.
  • All supplemental damage requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original claim date
  • Proof of Physical Damage:
    • For owners to qualify for physical damage coverage for any event that qualifies as a covered peril during the reservation period, and for the guest to be held responsible for the damage, Twisted Road must have the following documentation:
    • (1) clear photo documentation from the Owner of the areas the Owner is seeking coverage for taken within 24 hours of the start and end of the trip that demonstrates that the damage occurred during the trip; or
    • (2) other evidence (e.g. a police report, third party report) that demonstrates the damage took place during the trip;
    • Payments and reimbursements are made via ACH, check, or other electronic fund transfer like PayPal or Venmo. If a trace number or bank research is requested, a fee of up to $50 may be charged to the host.

DETAILED EXPLANATION OF TWISTED ROAD PROTECTION PLAN FOR TRAVELERS

The information below applies only to vehicles booked with a protection plan made available by Twisted Road. Twisted Road is not an insurance company and does not insure hosts or travelers.  In the United States (excluding the state of New York where the Services are not available), Twisted Road makes protections plans available to owners and travelers with respect to the vehicle shared.

Protection plans address two important concerns: Third-Party Liability Insurance; and Financial Responsibility for Physical Damage to the Shared Vehicle.

This information focuses primarily on Travelers, and the word “Travelers” is used to mean the approved rider as identified in the trip booking.

All riders under 25 years old MUST purchase our Premium coverage package.

THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE

All protection plans made available by Twisted Road include coverage for guests under a third-party liability insurance policy.

  1. Subject to terms, conditions, and exclusions, the Policy provides guests with the following kinds of coverage while they are operating the booked vehicle during the booked trip.
    • Bodily injury and property damage to third parties:
      • The Policy insures guests against liability to third-parties for bodily injury and property damage resulting from the use of the booked vehicle during the booked trip, up to the minimum liability coverage required by state law. This coverage cannot be declined.
    • Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”):
      • The Policy provides the minimum amount of PIP coverage allowed by law in those few states where PIP coverage is required by law and cannot be waived.
      • PIP is not required in all states and may be waived in some states. Twisted Road has either waived this coverage entirely or subscribed to the lowest limit allowable by state law. Travelers and Owners are bound by Twisted Road’s election and, in addition, agree to be bound by that election under the Terms of Service.
Hosts and guests are bound by Twisted Road’s election and, in addition, agree to be bound by that election pursuant to the Terms of Service.
  2. The third-party liability insurance coverage provided to Travelers under the Policy is always secondary to any other applicable insurance the Traveler may have (such as a motor vehicle insurance policy covering vehicles owned by the Traveler).

      *Note: In some states, the Owner’s policy may continue to provide coverage for Travelers, even during the booked trip.  Twisted Road does not provide information or advice about the existence or scope of any coverage that might be available under the host’s policy during the booked trip.

      FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE SHARED VEHICLE

      Protection plans made available by Twisted Road also address the Traveler’s liability for any damage to the booked vehicle that takes place during the booked trip.

      1. The Traveler is responsible to return the booked vehicle on time and in essentially the same condition it was in when they first received it. The Traveler is financially responsible for all Physical Damage to the booked vehicle, as well as Related Costs (as defined below). If, for example, there is Physical Damage to the booked vehicle during the period of the booked trip, the Traveler will be legally liable for the costs of repair, plus Related Costs. If, as another example, there is Physical Damage to the booked vehicle and the cost of repair exceeds 75% of the actual cash value of the booked vehicle, the Traveler will be legally liable for the actual cash value of the booked vehicle, plus Related Costs, minus the salvage value, if any.
        • Note:  Travelers can protect themselves against an allegation that damage to the booked vehicle occurred during the period of the booked trip by documenting the condition of the booked vehicle, including any existing damage, at the start of the booked trip. Documentation can be done by uploading trip photos at the start of the trip.
      2. Travelers may be insured against Physical Damage to the booked vehicle that occurs during the period of the booked trip under their own liability policies. Even if the third-party liability insurance coverage under the guest’s own motorcycle insurance does not apply, the first-party liability coverage for physical damage (as defined in that policy) may apply. When a Traveler books a vehicle on Twisted Road, the Traveler agrees that if any Physical Damage to the booked vehicle occurs during the booked trip, the Traveler will work with Twisted Road to make a claim for coverage under any policy of insurance that applies to the loss.
        • Liability insurance policies that cover physical damage generally include two categories of physical damage, although variations do exist.
          Collision: when the Reserved Vehicle collides with another vehicle or an object, including if the Vehicle is dropped while riding, if the Vehicle is hit while parked, if the Vehicle is dropped due to the kickstand not being fully engaged, or any other reason that the Vehicle strikes the ground intentionally or unintentionally.
        • Comprehensive: This is physical damage to the motorcycle caused by something other than a collision, such as theft, fire, animal impacts, vandalism, falling objects, and acts of nature (windstorm, flood, etc.).
        • Travelers should consult the language of their policy or speak to their own insurance agent to understand what coverage might exist for physical damage under their own insurance policies during the reservation period. Twisted Road does not provide information or advice about the Traveler’s own coverage.
        • Damage caused by improper use of accessories (such as causing paint damage the rider uses a personal tank bag, operating the motorcycle with any disc/tire locks engaged, or reattaching panniers incorrectly) are NOT covered by insurance
      3. Travelers can contractually limit the amount that they are legally obligated to pay out of their own pocket in the event that there is Physical Damage to the reserved motorcycle that is not covered, or fully covered, by the Traveler’s own insurance.
        • “Minimum Coverage Plan”: Under this plan, the Traveler’s financial responsibility for damage is limited to $3,000 ($5,000 for total loss or theft) and $5,000 for liability. The plan covers damage repairs up to $25,000 and state minimum third party liability insurance.
        • “Standard Coverage Plan”: Under this plan, the Traveler’s financial responsibility for damage is limited to $2,500 ($5,000 for total loss or theft) and $5,000 for liability. The plan covers damage repairs up to $25,000, theft, and state minimum third party liability insurance.
        • "Premium Coverage Plan": Under this plan, the Traveler’s financial responsibility for damage is limited to $1,500 and ($2,500 for total loss or theft) and $2,500 for liability. The plan covers damage repairs up to $25,000, theft, state minimum third party liability insurance.
        • "High Value Coverage Plan": Under this plan, the Traveler’s financial responsibility for damage is limited to $3,500 ($5,000 for total loss or theft) and $5,000 for liability. The plan covers damage repairs up to $40,000, theft, state minimum third party liability insurance.

        The contractual limitation of liability included in the protection plans:

        • ONLY apply to the amount the Traveler is obligated to pay in excess of insurance that is available and has been collected; and
        • ONLY apply if the Traveler abides by the Terms and Conditions;
        • ONLY apply to Physical Damage that is not Mechanical or Interior Damage.

          IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

          When you, as a Traveler, are deciding which protection plan to choose, here are some important considerations:

          1. Know your own coverage. If you own a policy of motorcycle liability insurance, what does your own insurance cover when you are driving a motorcycle booked through Twisted Road? Do not assume that your personal auto or motorcycle insurance policy applies to peer-to-peer motorcycle sharing trip bookings in the same way that it applies to traditional rental car bookings. Please carefully check the terms and conditions of your policies and consult your own insurance agent before you make a decision about which Twisted Road protection plan is right for you.
          2. Coverage via credit card. Many people incorrectly believe that they have full coverage when they pay for their Twisted Road booking with a credit card. Please check with your credit card company before assuming that you are covered. It is highly unlikely that you would be covered by any credit card insurance when you book cars through the Twisted Road marketplace. Twisted Road is not aware of any credit card providers who offer coverage or insurance for peer-to-peer motorcycle sharing trip bookings, and many personal insurance policies exclude coverage for peer-to-peer motorcycle sharing.
          3. Terms of Service violations. If the Traveler violates the Terms of Service, engages in any Prohibited Uses or otherwise intentionally, recklessly, or with wanton disregard, misuses the motorcycle, the contractual limitation of liability is void and does will not apply. That means that the Traveler will be fully liable for physical damage, including up to the actual cash value of the Vehicle, in addition to all Related Costs.
          4. Mechanical Damage. The contractual limitation of liability available plan does not apply to mechanical damage caused during the booked trip (not normal “wear and tear”).  The Traveler is legally liable for the full cost of the repairs or replacement, as well as Related Costs, for or mechanical damage caused during the booked trip.
          5. Physical Damage. “Physical Damage” means any damage to the booked vehicle, including Mechanical Damage.
          6. Related Costs. "Related Costs" include all costs and fees resulting from damage of any kind to the booked vehicle during the booked trip, including but not limited to, estimation or appraisal costs, storage fees, towing fees, repair or replacement costs, registration or transfer taxes, claims processing costs and all similar or associated costs, minus any residual salvage value that is collected. Claims processing costs vary, but are typically up to $500 per claim. If a third party accepts total fault for the claim and that third party’s insurer processes it on behalf of the owner without substantial processing by Twisted Road’s third party claims administrator, the guest will be refunded the claims processing fee.
          7. All protection plans are supplemental which means they apply only to the amount that the Traveler is obligated to pay out of their own pocket after all sources of insurance available to the Traveler (whether through a credit card, personal motorcycle, or other policy) have been exhausted and paid.

          If you have additional questions regarding selecting among these options, please consult your insurance professional, or contact us at [email protected].

          HELMET REQUIREMENT POLICY

          We require all riders to comply with local, state, and federal laws regarding the use of a DOT approved motorcycle helmet.  Although owners are strongly encouraged to provide helmets for their riders, the absence of an “owner-provided helmet” is not an excuse for the renter’s failure to comply with state and/or local laws.  Riders are free to wear their own helmets if they choose.

          KEY/FOB REPLACEMENT POLICY

          If the key and/or key fob is lost by the rider, we will charge the rider for the replacement of the key or key fob, and also an additional $300 to compensate the owner for lost time on his/her motorcycle as replacement fobs often take two weeks to manufacture.
