Motor City Gas
Motor City Gas is a whiskey distillery that's open for indoor service as well as carryout. Motown Museum
As you step in, the famous voices of Motown will greet you at the door. Take a guided tour to hear fascinating details about the musical history made within the very walls you are standing between. Motown Museum has developed community programs to emphasize education, mentoring, entrepreneurship, and equity for budding musical talents within the Detroit community.
Slow's Bar B.Q.
This local and tourist favorite opened in 2005 and have been putting a gourmet spin on all things BBQ ever since. Sandwiches, slabs, mac-n-cheese, beans, wings, and potatoes fried, waffled, and mashed all fit for a feast at this Detroit "pit" stop. Plus, you know any place that has a dish called "The Hot Mess" knows how to fill a plate worth chowing down on.

The Heidelberg Project
This community organization has the mission to create an outdoor art environment in the center of Detroit's urban area by transforming neighborhoods into living art galleries. At the heart of the organization is the desire to bring all citizens from all cultures together to grow and flourish by embracing the artistic possibilities of their community.
