2026 Harley-Davidson Lineup: First Models Revealed

Harley-Davidson is reshaping how it introduces new models. Instead of a single announcement, The Motor Company has broken the 2026 launch into chapters that focus on storytelling and rider engagement.

Chapter One arrived this week with a full video release titled “Model Year 2026 Reveal: Chapter One.” The first group of motorcycles will begin appearing in dealerships worldwide in the coming weeks.

Harley confirmed that Chapter Two will arrive on January 14, 2026. That reveal will include additional 2026 models, highlighted by the Custom Vehicle Operation machines that typically anchor Harley’s premium lineup. CVO models historically bring significant engineering updates and new design directions, so the second chapter is likely to attract just as much attention as the first.

Chapter One focuses on broadening rider accessibility, refining existing platforms, and strengthening Harley’s touring, cruiser, sport, and adventure families.

Here’s the breakdown of each Harley-Davidson model. We’re looking forward to these being offered for rent on Twisted Road.

All pricing below are starting MSRP

A New Solo Trim Package Designed for Simplicity and Price

One of the biggest changes in this early release is the new Solo Trim Package.

Harley wants to offer more approachable versions of some of its best-selling models without altering their essential identity. Each Solo Trim model features a single-seat layout, Dark Billiard Gray paint, blacked-out components, and cast-aluminum wheels. The result is a cleaner, lighter look paired with a lower price point.

The Solo Trim option is available for the Heritage Classic, Street Bob, and Street Glide. The Heritage and Street Bob benefit from the reduced weight of the solo configuration. The Street Glide receives a simpler long-distance layout that still maintains its touring DNA. Harley is clearly aiming at riders who want the core features but do not need passenger accommodations or additional trim.

  • Street Bob: $14,999

  • Heritage Classic: $19,999

  • Street Glide: $24,999

Street Glide and Road Glide Carry the Touring Flag Forward

Harley’s Grand American Touring machines remain central to the lineup. The 2026 Street Glide, one of the most rented models on Twisted Road, and the Road Glide continue to anchor Harley’s long-distance category with a focus on stability, comfort, and electronic refinement.

Both models feature the Milwaukee-Eight engine platform, advanced rider safety systems, and the latest version of Harley’s infotainment and navigation technology.

The frames remain tuned for predictable highway manners, and both models feature aerodynamic bodywork that reduces buffeting at higher speeds. The Road Glide retains its fixed fairing for added stability in crosswinds, while the Street Glide carries the bar-mounted batwing fairing that many riders prefer for its connection to classic Harley touring history.

These models continue to be among the most rented touring motorcycles on Twisted Road, especially for cross-country trips, national park loops, and long weekend escapes.

  • Street Glide: $24,999

  • Road Glide: $27,999

Cruisers Return with Milwaukee-Eight Power Tuned Three Different Ways

For 2026, all cruisers arrive with the Milwaukee-Eight 117 engine. But not all are the same. Harley has tuned this engine three different ways depending on the model. This is the first time Harley has offered distinct engine personalities in the same displacement class within one lineup.

The tuning differences include variations in intake design, exhaust flow, camshaft profiles, and ride-mode mapping. The Low Rider S receives a sharper performance feel with more aggressive response at mid-throttle.

The Low Rider ST keeps a broader touring-oriented torque curve. The Street Bob, Breakout, Fat Boy, and Heritage Classic each receive their own character as well, giving the entire Cruiser lineup more individuality.

Harley includes its entire suite of Rider Safety Enhancements across the Cruiser line. This includes cornering traction control, cornering ABS, vehicle hold control for stopping on inclines, and drag-torque slip control for reducing rear-wheel hop during hard deceleration.

The combination of power, stability, and electronic control gives Cruiser riders a more modern foundation than in prior years.

  • Street Bob: $14,999

  • Low Rider S: $19,999

  • Heritage Classic: $19,999

  • Fat Boy: $22,599

  • Breakout: $22,999

  • Low Rider ST: $23,999

Sport Line Gains New Styling and a Stronger Visual Identity

Harley continues to develop its Sport lineup around the liquid-cooled Revolution Max engine. This engine design uses variable valve timing, dual overhead camshafts, and a stressed-member chassis configuration that removes the need for a traditional frame cradle. The result is reduced weight and improved rigidity.

For 2026, the Sportster S, Nightster, and Nightster Special return with updated engine covers that strengthen the custom look of the lineup. The Nightster also receives a new optional package that includes Blood Orange paint, flat-track-inspired graphics, chrome exhaust shields, and cast-aluminum wheels with a 14-spoke pattern.

The Sport models aim squarely at riders who want modern performance while keeping a visual connection to Harley heritage. The entire Sport range is scheduled to reach dealerships worldwide in early 2026.

  • Nightster: $9,999

  • Nightster Special: $12,499

  • Sportster S: $15,999

Pan America Lineup Expands with a New Street Focused 1250 ST

The Pan America remains one of the company’s most advanced motorcycles. For 2026, the Pan America 1250 Special returns with its semi-active suspension system and optional Adaptive Ride Height. ARH automatically lowers the seat height at stops and raises it on the move, providing riders with stability in city traffic and full ground clearance off pavement.

The Special also retains a full electronic control suite, including multiple ride modes, cornering ABS, cornering traction control, hill hold, and customizable off-road settings. The Revolution Max 1250 engine delivers broad torque with strong midrange pull, making it suitable for mixed-surface travel.

A new model joins the platform this year. The Pan America 1250 ST takes the underlying architecture and tunes it for road performance. Harley uses upgraded braking components, stiffer sport-tuned suspension, a quickshifter, and 17-inch wheels with Michelin performance tires. The ST aims at riders who want the seating position and command of an adventure bike but spend most of their time on pavement. It provides quicker response in transitions and a more planted feel during aggressive cornering.

Both Pan America models will begin arriving at global dealerships in early 2026.

  • Pan America 1250 Special: $19,999

  • Pan America 1250 ST: $19,999

Harley-Davidson Continues Pushing Toward a Broader Rider Community

With this first chapter, Harley makes it clear that the 2026 lineup is about refinement and accessibility. The Solo Trim models simplify entry into the brand. The Touring models reinforce Harley’s legacy of long-distance comfort.

The Cruiser family receives the most technical tuning diversity it has ever had. The Sport line continues to evolve with the Revolution Max platform. And the Pan America lineup expands to reach riders who want the look of adventure travel with the performance of a sport tourer.

Chapter Two arrives in January with the 2026 CVO lineup and additional production models. Based on Harley’s comments, the second reveal will likely include the most premium and highly customized machines in the 2026 lineup.
